O540 Oil Filter

Have a question on oil filters. The shop that was maintaining my 75 Pathfinder has been using Champion CH48103-1 oil filters. The champion filter guide indicates that this is for the Dakota 235 w/a different O540 engine. The filter listed under Cherokee 28-235 listed as just O540 is CH48110-1. Which is correct or is there a difference? I should also say that according to the engine log book, the CH48103-1 has been used on each oil change so I'm inclined to go with what has been working.

Besides, I thought this forum could use some activity! Hmmm, while I'm at it, anyone use the SVS standby vacuum system? According to my log books the vacuum pump is over 1000 hrs. I'm not flying hard IFR so am reluctant to change until it actually fails.
